Answer: Please refer to Addendum No. 1, Question 1. 2. Who is the incumbent on this bid? Answer: Please refer to the previous bid tabulations referenced in Addendum No. 1, Question 1, which identify the vendors currently providing services under the existing contract. 3. Can we get the most recent BOLs/Invoices? Answer: Representative invoices, if available, will be provided to the extent permitted by applicable public records laws. Bills of Lading are operational records maintained by the individual participating agencies and may not be available for every location. 4. Can you provide addresses Answer: Appendix A has been updated to include available facility addresses and delivery locations. Where a complete street address is unavailable, the facility name provided in Appendix A shall govern. 5. Since the renewals are unilateral, are we able to change our pricing after the two-year term? Answer: Yes. The City's right to exercise the renewal options is unilateral; however, pricing applicable to any renewal period shall be subject to mutual written agreement between the Lead Agency and the Contractor. If the parties cannot agree upon renewal pricing, the Lead Agency reserves the right not to exercise the renewal option. 6. Are we able to get addresses for the Warwick Sewer and the Westerly locations? Answer: Appendix A has been updated to include additional location information where available. 7. Do we have to bid all products to be considered for award? Are we able to just bid the transport locations and be considered? Answer: No. Bidders are not required to bid every fuel product or every location. Partial bids will be considered.
