Overview and General Information The University of Missouri-Planning, Design, and Construction on behalf of The Curators of the University of Missouri (“Owner” or “University”), is issuing this Request for Information (“RFI”) to identify whether public sector construction contracting methods are feasible for the reactor and key systems and structures of its proposed nuclear reactor project (“NextGen MURR” or “Project”) and are in the best interest of the Project. Please note that this Request for Information is for informational purposes only, and no contract will be awarded as a result of any response. A firm or organization’s response to this RFI — or lack thereof — will have no impact on the evaluation of responses to any subsequent Request for Proposals or Invitation to Bid released for the Project. Responses will be used solely for information and planning purposes. 1.1. RFI Contact The University has designated the following individual to serve as the official point of contact for this RFI.
