INVITATION TO BID FOR BID #A22-26 NEWTON LAKE PARK & COOPER RIVER PARK PATH IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Bid #A22-26 Newton Lake Park & Cooper River Park Path Improvements Project will be received, opened and read in public at the Camden County Courthouse, 1st Floor Lobby, 520 Market Street, Camden, New Jersey 08102 on Wednesday, November 18th, 2026, at 11:00 AM prevailing time by the Camden County Purchasing Agent or her designee. It is recommended that each bid be sent by U.S. Mail to the Camden County Division of Purchasing, Courthouse 6th Floor, 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. If hand-delivered, bids must be left in the bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance of the Courthouse at 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Bin access is 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM only. The County assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the Division of Purchasing later than the above-referenced scheduled opening. Copies of the bidding documents must be obtained by registering and downloading all documents from the Camden County website: https://procurements.camdencounty.com/ All Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted by email to Paul Dezii at pdezii@erinj.com by November 2nd, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57), where applicable. All bidders are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation from the County at the website listed above.
