Request for Qualifications with Price Proposal RFQ/P #47-012 For the provision of New Water Lines at River Forks Park & Campground Hall County, Georgia (herein “County”), a municipal entity of the State of Georgia, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, is seeking qualified Contractors to furnish and install new water supply lines at River Forks Park (herein “Services”). Schedule of Events: Bid Post Date: Wednesday, July 29, 2026 Mandatory On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting: Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 9:00am Eastern Time located at The Retreat at River Forks Park, 3500 Keith Bridge Rd, Gainesville, GA 30504. Attendees will check in at the gatehouse for admittance before proceeding to The Retreat. Bidder’s Questions Due Date: Wednesday, August 26, 2026 Response to Bidder Questions Due: Friday, August 28, 2026 Bid Due Date: Thursday, September 10, 2026, by 2:00pm Eastern Time Bidding Process: Hall County is now accepting sealed bids from qualified Contractors (herein “Bidder” or “Contractor”) for the Services in the County’s Purchasing Division on the fourth (4th) floor of the Hall County Government Center, located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504 until 2:00pm EST on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at which time all bids will be opened and read. All bid packets must be sealed and be time and date stamped by the Hall County receptionist located on the 4th floor to be considered. General Qualifications: Bidders must be in the regular business of providing similar Services. Bidders must be licensed, insured, and bonded in the State of Georgia. Mandatory On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting: The pre-bid meeting will start promptly at 9:00am on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, located at The Retreat at River Forks Park, 3500 Keith Bridge Rd, Gainesville, GA 30504. Attendees will check in at the gatehouse for admittance before proceeding to The Retreat. Bidders who do not attend this on-site meeting will not be eligible to bid on the project. Term: The contract term will be from the issuance of a Notice to Proceed until substantial completion and final inspection by the County’s project manager listed herein on or before March 31, 2027.
