The Office of Business Administration for the City of Scranton is seeking separate sealed bids for an individual or firm to provide new tires for city owned vehicles and will be received online by the City of Scranton Controller via the City’s e-Procurement Portal until 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023 at which time such bids will be opened in City Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor of City Hall.
