Network Infrastructure Implementation, Training, and Transitional Support Services

Description

Wagoner County, Oklahoma ("County"), is soliciting proposals from qualified network infrastructure providers for the assessment, design, modernization, implementation, and support of the County's network infrastructure environment. The County seeks a modern, secure, scalable, and supportable network solution that will provide reliable connectivity for County offices, public safety entities, judicial offices, detention operations, remote facilities, radio communication sites, and future technology initiatives while allowing County IT personnel to independently administer the environment. The County's environment currently includes Fortinet network infrastructure and Cradlepoint cellular networking technologies. Vendors shall demonstrate the ability to design, support, troubleshoot, document, and provide comprehensive administrator training for both platforms. The selected vendor shall provide all labor, equipment, software, training, implementation services, documentation, and transitional support necessary to successfully modernize the County's network environment. The County is not seeking a Managed Services Provider through this solicitation. The County intends to maintain ownership, administration, and operational control of the deployed infrastructure.
