West Basin Municipal Water District (West Basin) is seeking qualified vendors to support a security enhancement initiative aimed at improving the reliability and clarity of video monitoring across its recycled water operations. As part of this project, West Basin will replace aging security cameras at multiple remote facilities to ensure continued protection of critical infrastructure and alignment with current security standards.This project supports the District’s broader efforts to modernize physical security, enhance situational awareness, and maintain seamless integration with centralized video monitoring and access control platforms. Updated camera systems will play a critical role in securing essential infrastructure while supporting operational safety and regulatory compliance.West Basin encourages participation from experienced vendors with a proven track record in physical security upgrades and multi-site integration. The District will evaluate proposals based on best overall value, considering factors such as technical capabilities, experience, and cost-effectiveness.
