The City of Hollywood, Florida (“City”), through its Parking Division, is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and safety of approximately 4,700 public parking spaces throughout the City. These facilities include multiple public parking garages, surface lots, and on-street parking areas that support residents, visitors, and local businesses in both the downtown and beach districts. The Parking Division oversees all aspects of parking operations including structural maintenance, enforcement, customer service, collections, and capital improvement projects to ensure that City facilities remain safe, reliable, and accessible.Purpose of SolicitationAs part of the City’s ongoing commitment to safety and infrastructure integrity, a recent structural assessment identified a damaged 22-foot concrete barrier wall located on the 4th floor of the Nebraska Parking Garage at 327 Nebraska Street, Hollywood, FL 33019.
