SCOPE OF WORK The City of North Miami is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide the necessary supervision, labor and materials required for the City’s Neat Streets Planting Project. This project shall consist of planting native shade trees in the right-of-way swales of the neighborhoods indicated in Attachment “A” of this Invitation to Quote (ITQ).
