The City of Santa Cruz operates and maintains the City's wastewater and stormwater collections infrastructure. The City of Santa Cruz Public Works Department repairs and upgrades the collections infrastructure and the latest project to be identified is the Neary Street Sewer Rehabilitation project. The work for this project consists, in general, of removing 715 linear feet of the existing 6” vitrified clay pipe and replacing it with new 8” pipe along Neary St and Blackburn St. The work also includes replacing sanitary sewer manholes and spot repairing an 18” storm drain along with other related construction activities.
