The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing Professional Development (PD) and/or Technical Assistance (TA) targeted at the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) Staff or local education agency (LEA) staff on a variety of special education related topics for the State of Wyoming,Department of Education (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on August 14, 2026. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on July 29, 2026. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually.
