Myrtle Grove Fire Station Bathroom Rebuild

Description

This bathroom rebuild project will ensure the fire station has a usable bathroom and shower. This project requires demolition of the sheetrock, lighting, lavatories and shower surround and floor drain. this project will also include some case work to the stud walls and sill plates.  This renovation project requires installation of all new finishes in the construction zone including paint, epoxy flooring, HVAC ceiling grills, diffusers and registers (as applicable), electrical outlets, switches and other necessary devices or structures required to create a newly finished space.General Contractors that are licensed, insured, and in good standing with the County are eligible to bid on the attached scope. New contractors with the county are required to submit a letter of insurability agreeing to these requirements.
