The sign-in sheet from the meeting is attached for reference. 2. Section 00 41 13 – Bid Form Please use the revised bid form included in this addendum. Alternate 1 rigid insulation thickness has been changed to 5” to match the existing insulation thickness at roof. C. DRAWINGS 1. Drawing A1.03 – Roof Plan Change notes for thickness of new rigid insulation to 5” thickness to match the existing insulation thickness at roof. 2. Drawing A1.06 – Upper & Lower Floor Finish Plans See revised drawing included in this addendum for changes to the accent wall locations and the room finish schedule. 3. Drawing A3.04 – Wall Sections Change notes for thickness of new rigid insulation to 5” thickness to match the existing insulation thickness at roof. D. CIVIL 1. CC: All Plan Holders Project #: 26000588.00-Gaekle Hall Remodel 02/27/2026 ADDENDUM NO. 1 Sheet C200-SITE PLAN ADD: − Added note to east side of proposed sidewalk that states “INSTALL EXPANSION JOINT ALONG EDGE AT FULL DEPTH OF EXISTING SIDEWALK”. − Added in detail callout for upper and lower air handling unit pads REMOVE: − Upper and Lower pad note changed to remove the following, “SEE MECHANICAL PLANS FOR PAD DETAILS”. REVISE: − Edited detail callout numbering on storm pipe from “3” to “2”. − Moved storm pipe to align with changed grading and moved note along with it. Sheet C300-GRADING & UTILITY PLAN ADD: − Grading south of proposed sidewalk to allow tie in to storm pipe flow path and the existing retaining wall grades. − Added in flow path to storm pipe on north end of proposed sidewalk. − Grading north of proposed sidewalk added to tie into invert for storm pipe. REMOVE: − Removed original grading limits. REVISE: − Storm pipe invert on north end changed from “651.94” to “651.84”. − Proposed retaining wall top elevation on west end changed to match bottom elevation for flush transition to existing grade.
