The work, in general, consists of repairing and replacing wharf structural members/decking and consists of, but is not limited to, sawcut, demo and disposal of the existing asphalt and membrane/reinforcing fabric (if any), repairs or replacement of timber deck boards and stringers, placement of an asphalt (HMA) base course, placement of a waterproof membrane, placement of an asphalt (HMA) surface course, water pollution prevention and traffic control. This work will be performed by way of traffic control to maintain wharf access and operations.
