Conduct a waste and recycling composition study to quantify the composition, by volume and weight, of trash and recycling collected in the City of Tampa from four generators: residential, commercial, multi-family, and drop-off. Using a multi-step approach including the sampling categories, scheduling, and sampling; performing the sampling work at the designated location; preparing reports detailing the methodology, results, and recommendations. Additional studies will be included that examine seasonal fluctuations in both population and weather.
