Johnson Controls will install a VSD upgrade for the 2 chillers located in the MSC. The old system will be removed, and a new Optiview panel will be installed. This will include replacement of all existing sensors and wiring cables on the chillers and an addition of a PRV position sensor. The internal components for the solid state starter will be removed a new VSD cabinet will be installed. An Electrical subcontractor will remove wiring and furnish new connections to the VSD. Complete Wiring to motor and complete any additional start up procedures between new Optiview and VSD. Verify operations and clean work area as needed. Once completed repeat process on chiller 2. Johnson Controls will provide a 3-year warranty on parts.
