Mowing Services Hernando County

Description

The intent of this project is to provide mowing services for four (4) areas within Hernando County. These areas include Spring Hill, Royal Highlands, Ridge Manor, and rural Hernando County. This project will consist of six (6) individual scopes of work to provide the appropriate levels of maintenance for these areas. Multiple vendors will be awarded to each scope of work to ensure the levels of maintenance are upheld. The Vendor/Contractor will supply all material, labor, equipment, and transportation in order to accomplish the mowing services of residential Drainage Retention Areas (DRA) and Drainage Right of Way (DROW) areas, as described in these Contract documents at the locations and within the limits specified. The Vendor/Contractor is responsible for implementing the proper Management of Traffic while performing the work specified within the Contract documents. Vegetation in all areas consists of various types of grasses and weeds. When complete, a mowing area must present a uniform and tidy appearance within the specifications of the Contract.
