The City of Papillion is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for an annual contract for on-call maintenance, repair, and replacement of small and large electric motors that operate equipment throughout the City as well as approximately 60 motors that keep water supplied to Papillion residents. This Contract will run for three (3) years with a possible two (2) one-year extension, not to exceed a total of five (5) years. The City of Papillion reserves the right to award the contract to multiple qualified firms if it is found to be in the best interest of the City. Successful proposers are expected to provide consistent reliable, high quality, and timely electric motor maintenance, repair, and replacement services. It is necessary to have an established vendor within the local area (less than 1 hour away) to service these motors. The services provided range from routine maintenance to emergency repairs.
