A complete bid package can be obtained from the offices of the City of Huber Heights 6151 Brandt Pike, Huber Heights, Ohio 45424. Bid package can be EMAILED when requested at no cost to the contractor. Attached to this RFP are the listed Instructions for Bidders in the first seven (7) pages of this document. All potential bidders must thoroughly review and certify their understanding of the Instructions and this RFP process.
