Department TRANSPORATION CHARGES PREPAID Payment for materials, equipment, or services (unless otherwise agreed) will be paid within thirty (30) days from delivery date. Acceptance of bid by the County Commission and notification of same will constitute a legal contract. Failure to supply the material, equipment of supplies in the manner specified will be held accountable. The County Commission of St. Francois County reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason deemed justifiable. Proposals are to be mailed or presented to the Clerk of the County Commission, Kevin Engler, Courthouse Annex-Suite 300, Third Floor, Farmington Missouri.
