Mooresville Public Library Renovation

Pursuant with State of North Carolina Statute § 143—64.31, The Town of Mooresville Facilities Maintenance and Construction Project Management is now soliciting statements of qualifications for the design and renovations to an existing public library. The building renovations will be on the library's main level, approximately 13,000 square feet. The Mooresville Main Library is at 304 S. Main Street, Mooresville, NC 28115.Statements will only be received electronically through the Town of Mooresville OpenGOV Procurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/mooresvillencThe renovation will be approximately 13,000 square feet, located at 304 S. Main Street, Mooresville, NC 28115. The scope includes, but is not limited to, professional architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire design services resulting in construction documents. Submissions should include a list of all licensed agencies and firms that will be a part of the project.  The goal of this project is to renovate the main floor of the existing library.  Revisions will include adjustments to the floorplan, including existing walls, columns, ceilings, lighting, study rooms, restrooms, and reception area.
