General work description: The City is requesting proposals for persons or firms to lease space at the Monterey Sports Center Cafe for an initial lease term of three years for the purpose of selling beverages and food to Sports Center staff and visitors. The successful Proposer will offer hot and cold beverages and simple, healthy food items for sale to their customers. As the Cafe space cannot accommodate traditional cooking appliances, food preparation is expected offsite with prepackaged items than sold onsite.
