The Housing Authority of the City of Hartford (the “Authority”) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) seeking a vendor or vendors to provide Security and Fire Systems Monitoring, Testing and Maintenance services (each a “Contractor”). The Authority reserves the right to make one award or multiple awards under this IFB, whichever is deemed to be in its best interest.
