General work description: The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED FIXED PRICE BIDS to provide Mobile Video Installation and Repair services for Greenville County Schools staff in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this solicitation. District staff will coordinate for these supplies on an “as needed” basis. An award resulting from this solicitation will be for one (1) year from the date of award with the option to extend for one (1) year annually, with a potential of five (5) years in total, if agreed to by GCS and the successful proposers. The award and period of performance is valid annually and shall not exceed five (5) years in total. The contract may be awarded annually if agreed to by both parties.Bids will be due by October 15th, 2024 at 10AM EST.
