The City of Florissant is seeking the installation of a one to three ton mini-split cooling unit to be installed at the James J. Eagan E-Sports facility. The outside unit should be wall mounted and away from general walkways. The inside unit should be a one to three ton high wall indoor mini-split head. The installation should include all necessary cooling lines and electrical needed for full operation of unit. This unit will be used in addition to current HVAC for the E-Sports facility due to the added heat generated from high powered gaming PC's.
