This project consists of removing and replacing the damaged rooftop unit (RTU) for the Mineral Palace greenhouse atrium.Contractor should plan to conduct an assessment of the existing HVAC system and ductwork to determine the extent of the damage, the feasibility of installation, and any additional recommendations. The existing RTU is a Daikin Model DPS004AHMG2DW - 4 ton. Replacement unit shall be of similar make and model. RTU submittal shall be approved by the City prior to purchase. Work shall also include new low voltage wiring and a new thermostat.Contractor shall provide a full design of the new proposed system to include all necessary drawings, stamped by a Colorado licensed Professional Engineer, in order to apply for and secure permits with the Pueblo Regional Building Department.Prior to acceptance by the City, contractor shall provide a testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) report for review and approval by the City.
