ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS City of Panama City, Florida MILLVILLE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT HEADWORKS STRUCTURE REHABILITATION General Notice City of Panama City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: MILLVILLE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT HEADWORKS STRUCTURE REHABILITATION ARDURRA GROUP Project No. R2025-14-0005600 Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically by the City of Panama City Purchasing Division, until Friday, November 13, 2026 at 2:00 pm Central Time. At that time, all Bids received will be publicly opened and read at City Hall, Lower Level, Room 010 located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. The Project includes the following Work: Rehabilitation of Headworks Structure and Installation of Pista Grit System The Project has a total expected contract duration of 115 days. Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Conference A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time in City Hall, Lower Level, Room 010 located at 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the City of Panama City. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office by emailing or in person at City of Panama City Purchasing Division, Room 238, 501 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401, Phone number 850-691-4902. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing office.
