Bids will be publicly opened and read on September 23, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. Attention is called to the minimum wage rates to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor & Industries under the provisions of General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27G, inclusive.
