The Consultant shall provide professional planning services (“Services”) to develop deliverables listed in the Scope of Work (“Scope”) for Road Safety Audits (RSAs). This study is jointly funded by the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA) and Middlesex County (“County”). As such, deliverable reviews and approvals will be conducted by both entities. In addition, this is a fixed-budget study. No additional funds will be made available for costs beyond those in the contract award.
