The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals as required by the Scope of Work, Exhibits, Specifications, and Contract Documents. The general items of work include preparation (grinding, sanding, pressure washing, etc.) the existing painted surfaces on the identified structures/facilities in the Appendices, application of primer, intermediate (where applicable) and finish coatings, minor stucco/plaster repairs, removal of the existing caulking system in the flow equalization basins and application of the replacement caulking as identified in the Contract Documents.
