The County of Louisa invites qualified metal and welding contractors to submit bids for providing various metal and welding services on an “as needed” basis, if at all. The County is seeking a standard hourly rate and an overtime hourly rate from an established metal and welding contractor with a minimum of five years of experience in commercial, residential, and industrial metal and welding work. The County of Louisa reserves the right to award to more than one Offeror. Louisa County will select the firm(s) that it determines most closely satisfy the needs of the County. There is no requirement for acceptance of the lowest cost of service offered, and specific requirements may be waived or amended at the discretion of the County.
