Menifee State Preschool Playground Enhancement

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Menifee Union School District of Riverside County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the “District”, will receive prior to 2:00pm, April 18, 2023 sealed bids for the award of a Contract for BID# 01-2023, Menifee State Preschool Playground Enhancement, and will thereafter open and read aloud the bids via a Zoom meeting made available to all who submitted a sealed bid; due to the Governor’s Executive Order N-33-20. All bids shall be received through Opengov.com portal.Scope of Work: The Contractor is to demolish, install, test, and certify all components, per plans and specifications, for the enhancement at the Menifee State Preschool. Enhancements include demolition of existing equipment and paved surfaces, grading, site concrete work, installation of new owowner-furnishedlayground equipment, protective play surfacing, artificial turf, planting and irrigation, and a drinking fountain. Contractor will be responsible for all Survey. All work is to take place during the Summer break while students are off campus. Minimal disruption to campus utilities and services will be required.
