MEMORANDUM DATE: August 19, 2024 TO: EMS Consultant Services FROM: Larry Karsteadt, Executive Director Pam Mather RN, Contractor, EOA Oversight RE: Request for Proposal for Consultant Services The North Coast Emergency Medical Services Agency is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consultants to: • Assess the current EMS System focused on the Del Norte County Exclusive Operating Area (EOA). • Assist with the development and conduct a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for exclusive emergency ambulance services in Del Norte County. • Assist with development of the final contractual agreement between the chosen ambulance service provider and North Coast Emergency Medical Services Agency. If you are interested in collaborating with North Coast Emergency Medical Services and Del Norte County representatives in successfully achieving these goals, we invite you to submit your proposal to: North Coast EMS, 3340 Glenwood Street, Eureka, California 95501.
