The County of Sacramento, Department of Health Services (DHS) is seeking qualified public relations, public affairs, advertising, creative services, and marketing agencies to provide consulting support to DHS and its three divisions—Public Health Services, Behavioral Health Services and Primary Health Services—and their associated programs. The approximate available budget will be $3,600,000 for the anticipated term of July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029. Due to uncertain demand and variable availability of funds, a minimum contract amount is not available. If additional funds are made available to DHS for these types of services, the available budget amount could increase.
