Media and Public Information Support Services

Description

The City of New Haven, through its Mayor’s Office, is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Media and Public Information Support Services. The selected proposer will work under the direction of the City’s Director of Communications to support the execution of strategic media, public relations, and public information initiatives. The scope of work includes assisting in the development and dissemination of messaging that effectively informs and engages residents, members of the media, and key stakeholders.This engagement will encompass a broad range of communications activities, including but not limited to: media outreach, press release drafting, content creation, strategic messaging, crisis communications support, and coordination of public information campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. The City seeks a vendor with demonstrated experience in municipal or governmental communications and a proven ability to collaborate on time-sensitive, high-profile public initiatives.
