REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR LESSOR SERVICES BY THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MEDFORD IN THE COUNTY OF BURLINGTON, NEW JERSEY FOR A TAXEXEMPT LEASE-PURCHASE FINANCING The Board of Education of the Township of Medford in the County of Burlington, New Jersey (the “Board”) is seeking proposals for an entity to act as a lessor in connection with its proposed lease transaction. The Board plans to undertake the lease/purchase of two (2) 54 passenger buses, one (1) 24 passenger bus, one (1) heavy duty pickup trucks, and one thousand (1,000) Chromebooks, together with the acquisition of all materials and equipment and completion of all work necessary therefor or related thereto, for an estimated cost not to exceed $900,000. The lease purchase agreement will have a term not to exceed five (5) years. The Board expects to take delivery of the leased equipment by August 1, 2026.
