Mechanical Improvements - HR Building HVAC Replacement

Description

In general, this project will consist of the replacement of (8) eight HVAC units located on the roof of the Human Resources/Heritage building in the City of Pueblo, Colorado.  The intent is for a 1-for-1 exchange of the existing units with the same units.  All work will adhere to all applicable mechanical codes and standards of practice.  1) All new Units shall be set atop new curbs, properly secured to the existing structural deck, a minimum of 12" in height above the field of the existing roof.2) New curbs shall be tied-in to the existing roof in accord with NRCA best roofing practices, incorporate and adhere to details provided by the roof system manufacturer to maintain Warranty, and be installed by a Manufacturer Approved installer.3) Any damage caused to the existing roof system shall be repaired using methodology provided and approved by the City or the roof system manufacturer.
