Given current statewide shelter in place orders, would the District consider foregoing the hard copy requirements for this SOQ and permit electronic bids? Five (5) hard copies are required. 2. Can the District please confirm that resumes can be included in an appendix and do not count towards any of the section page limits? Confirmed. 3. Sections 3 and 4 both ask for resumes. In which section would the District prefer resumes to be referenced? Either is acceptable. 4. Regarding proof of insurance requirements, can the District please confirm that proposers are required to include only a certificate of insurance and not a letter from our insurance company? A certificate of insurance is acceptable.
