TRWD is hereby inviting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide services for material testing and inspection tasks at TRWD pump stations, outlets and interconnect locations. Due to the indefinite nature of the need for services there is no guarantee of project assignment to the firms selected. Selected firms may be awarded one or more assignments as projects become available and based on the availability of the firm.
