The West County Agency (WCA) provides coordination between WCW and the City of Richmond. The treated effluent from the West County Wastewater (WCW) WQRRP flows to the confluence structure at the City of Richmond Wastewater Treatment Plant (COR WWTP). The confluence structure at the COR WWTP is where the two effluent sources are combined into the Joint Marine Outfall (Outfall) that discharges into the San Francisco Bay. An aerial exhibit showing the location of the two treatment plants, the Outfall and the approximate location of the work is included as Attachment A. Please note as shown on Attachment B the work site is approximately 31 feet under water.
