The purpose of this bid is to procure fencing that will capture airborne litter from the Town of Manchester Landfill. The Town will purchase five portable litter fence units of the size and type described below. The specifications below are minimum requirements. The Town will consider minor deviations from specifications so as not to exclude an otherwise equivalent unit.
