Maintenance Uniform, Linen Rentals & Laundry Services

Description

VTA is seeking proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each, a “Proposer”) to provide uniform and linen rental and laundry services (“Services”). VTA requires uniform and linen lease services including, but is not limited to, leasing, laundering, pickup, and delivery of uniforms; and leasing, laundering, pickup, and delivery of shop and terry towels, mops, mats, provision of uniform lockers, and any other items specified below. The successful Proposer (Contractor) is expected to provide VTA staff with clean, high-quality uniforms with a professional appearance that are comfortable and functional. The utmost priority will be placed on maintaining a near-new appearance of all uniforms. It is also expected that the Contractor provides clean, high-quality shop and terry towels, mats, mops, other linens, and supplies, etc., to assist VTA staff in efficiently performing their duties and ensure safety and cleanliness standards at VTA facilities are maintained.
