Pursuant to provisions of the School District Procurement Rules, the District desires to enter into a contract with qualified companies to provide maintenance services which includes all labor, material, equipment, and associated work necessary for project completion within the District time constraints, which may include after school hours and/or weekends.The District will contract on an “as-needed” basis and cannot guarantee any minimum/maximum number of services or expenditures for the length of the proposed contract.After release and prior to the award of this contract, Offerors are prohibited from soliciting any District sites or departments with the exception of the Purchasing Department.
