March 9, 2025 INVITATION TO BID BID NUMBER 26-009 Sealed bids will be received by the Choctaw County Board of Education, 107 Tom Orr Drive, Butler, Alabama 36908 at the Office of the Superintendent for Annual Maintenance Contract. The decision as to the awarding of the bid will be based on a study of the prices and other factors which might be important in determining the most advantageous bid in accordance with applicable law. Bids will be opened in the Office of the Superintendent of Education at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, March 26, 2026 and shall be read aloud and considered. Dealers should mark the outside of the envelope “BID ON ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT”. The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive formalities, and to award the contract to the most advantageous bidder. Unit price must be a firm bid covering April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. The vendor’s E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding must be included with the bid.
