Maintenance and Repair of Class 1 to 5 Vehicles

Description

The City of Chesapeake (hereafter referred to as “the City”) is seeking to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract for vehicle maintenance and repair services (along with the provision or sale of associated vehicle parts) for Class 1 to 5 vehicles in the City’s Central Fleet. Parts provided under the scope of this Contract shall be approved by the City’s Fleet Manager or designee (hereafter referred to as “Contract Manager”) before such parts are installed by the Contractor. Any maintenance to be performed will be agreed upon by the City’s signed acceptance of a quote meeting all conditions of the resulting contract.  Other repairs and the exact nature of the work, the amount of work, or the time when work will be required cannot be determined in advance.
