Main Streets Reporting Solution

Description

The City of Orlando is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to qualified vendors that can provide an online database software reporting system and official documents database for the Orlando Main Streets program.This RFI is issued solely to solicit information on online database software reporting system functionality from vendors for informational and planning purposes only and DOES NOT constitute a solicitation. Responses to this RFI will not be returned. Vendors responding to this request assume the responsibility for any associated cost of preparation, presentation, and submission of material. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the City to form a binding contract. Vendors are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. The responses received as a result of this RFI may be used to develop a Solicitation which may result in a contract to one or more successful vendors, or the City may determine that it is not in its best interest to do so, or the City may negotiate with a respondent which may result in a contract.
