NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CITY OF TUSTIN, hereinafter referred to as City or AGENCY invites sealed bids for the above stated project and will receive sealed bids for the construction, materials, supplies, equipment and/or services set forth herein, subject to all conditions outlined in the Bid Package.Scope of Work:  The Work encompassed by the Project is more specifically defined in the Contract Documents, but in general consists of, but is not limited to the following Work: Main Street Well #3: Perform pre-removal testing and document existing pump and motor operating conditions.Remove, transport, inspect, test, and evaluate the existing pump and motor; submit condition-assessment reports.Perform downhole video inspection and submit well-condition assessment report.Convert the existing oil-lubricated lineshaft system to a continuous water-lubricated configuration, where indicated and authorized.Perform brushing, bailing, chemical treatment, dua
