The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing a customizable, off-the-shelf website solution using the existing WyVisNet Uniform Resource Locator (URL) – https://www.wyvisnet.com for the State of Wyoming,Agency (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on July 31, 2026. The technical proposal and cost proposal should be uploaded as separate documents and identified as such. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on July 14, 2026. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually.
