The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing a team lead on peer review external reviews for the State of Wyoming,Department of Education (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on May 15, 2026. The technical proposal and cost proposal should be uploaded as separate documents and identified as such. Questions must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on, April 30, 2026. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document.
