NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS INVITATION TO BID INVITATION TO BID LYON COUNTY Site Improvements. Lyon County invites and will receive sealed bids for the Site Improvements project Thursday, September 17, 2026, until 9:00 a.m., Local Time at Lyon County Clerk’s Office, 27 S. Main Street, Yerington, Nevada 89447. Such sealed bids shall be received and will be opened and read aloud publicly at the above hour, date, and place by a representative of Paul Cavin Architect LLC and witnessed by Lyon County staff. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference for this project to be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 11:00am at Lyon County Courthouse, 911 Harvey Lane, Yerington, Nevada. Electronic bid documents may be obtained from the Architect by bona fide General Contractors, licensed in the State of Nevada after Wednesday, August 5, 2026. The Architect will only issue electronic documents. If hard copies are desired, it will be the responsibility of the contractor to reproduce the documents.
